What is OASIS+?
OASIS+ is GSA's flagship multi-award contract for professional services — management consulting, technical, engineering, logistics, intelligence, and more. Agencies use it to buy services quickly from a pre-vetted pool of companies, which means being on OASIS+ puts you in front of task orders your competitors never see.
Unlike a traditional proposal, OASIS+ is largely a self-scoring submission: you claim points for qualifying projects, certifications, and systems, and you must back every point with acceptable evidence.
